AGRO - SUBIÑAS - JOINT VENTURE

Dear Customer,

Subiñas Gestión SL Holding is pleased to announce the definitive Joint Venture agreement with the German company AGRO Holding GmbH. Thanks to this agreement, Industrias Subiñas SLU will transfer the line of producing springs for mattress and upholstery to newco, Subiñas Springs SL, keeping the same name for production of mechanisms and components for upholstery remaining with Industrias Subiñas SLU.

Subiñas Springs SL will be the new name of the spin-off activity, maintaining the current production plants, as well as all the personnel within this area of activity. Our positive experience from the joint venture in the USA encouraged us to take this step. We believe as a Joint Venture we will overcome this crisis from pandemic and its effects in the best way possible.

Subiñas Springs SL will increase its production in the short-term, will continue to grow, manufacturing in Spain the whole range and with enough capacity to attend all of our customers.

The cooperation of Subiñas and AGRO will also produce through Subiñas Springs SL synergies in our value chain, improving the capacity in production, range, development of new products, mainly those destined to the green line trying to achieve our circular economy goal.
